Payment

Payments are to be handled through PayPal.Pricing will always be in USD unless otherwise specified.50% of the total payment must be payed upfront ( after pricing is decided and before work on the commissioned artwork begins ), with the other 50% being payed upon completion of the commissioned artwork ( after the artwork has been approved by the commissioner and before receiving the final product ).Refunds are not offered. However, if the commissioned artwork cannot be completed due to something on my end, the order will be cancelled and the commissioner will be reimbursed in full.I reserve the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable with. In addition, if, for whatever reason, the agreement is broken, I reserve the right to cancel the order.

Use of Commissioned Material

Commissioned artwork may be freely used for non-commercial means, such as profile-pictures, banners, backgrounds, etc., as long as it is not claimed to be your own.
If the commissioned artwork is to be used in a project you are creating, proper crediting must be given.Any commercial use of the artwork must be agreed upon by us in the pricing phase. If we haven’t come to an agreement, you may not use and/or reproduce the artwork for commercial reasons.If you would like to purchase the commercial rights to a piece after the fact, I am willing to come to an agreement with you for an additional commercial use fee.You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to resell any part of the commissioned artwork.You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens (NFT) or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
